TENDERED PLAYERS

Any families that were unable to attend the Club contract signing sessions must visit their team page of our website and download the contract document (and State tender letter if applicable) for completion.  We ask that this be returned to us via email at info@arizonahockeyunion.com for those wishing to pay contracts via credit cards OR mail the completed contract to our PO Box with the 5 post-dated checks included.

Contracts and teams required to execute State tender letters MUST be completed and sent to us no later than Monday, June 30, 2014.  We will be following up with individual families via email over the next few days as well.

If you have NOT been sized for equipment as of now, you MUST contact Melissa Yubeta at yubeta@asu.edu to provide sizing information for equipment.  Equipment will be ordered by Friday, June 27, 2014, so PLEASE do not delay.

CUSTOM GLOVE requests are also due to us June 30, 2014.  We need name, team, glove size emailed to info@arizonahockeyunion.com.  The cost is $99 and will be charged to your team account when they arrive.
