Tendered Midget Players for the 2014-2015 Season:

Have you been playing hockey for an AHU Club since you were a MITE?  Are you now tendered with a Midget team within AHU?  If yes, you might be eligible to be inducted into our Mite to Midget loyalty class of 2015.  Here is the specific criteria:

• You must have played with the Club since you were a Mite.
• You must be tendered on a Midget team within AHU.
• You have played for AHU/Phoenix Polar Bears/AZ Heat or the Polar Ice Chandler House league.
• You have not played for another club for any seasons.

Yes?  Please fill out our short informational survey and provide your playing detail.  All inductees will be announced club wide, and will be profiled on our Mite to Midget page on our website.  Inductees will also be recognized at our year end celebration.  Mite to Midgets will be credited 5% on their player account as a way to say we appreciate your loyalty!  Please fill out our survey by October 31, 2014.
