What is The Rocky Mountain District Player Evaluation Camp?
The RMD Camp is part of USA Hockey’s player development process. USA Hockey’s Youth Council / National Player Development Committee run the national player development camps. The purpose of the national camps is to further develop, educate, and identify national team caliber players from across the country. Each of the twelve districts that makes up USA Hockey conducts a Player Development Camp. The National Boys Camps will be held in Buffalo, NY, and the girls in St Cloud, MN. What is the purpose of the district camp?

Who is eligible to attend?
All US citizens, whose primary residence is within the Rocky Mountain District (AZ, CO, ID, NM, OK, TX, and UT). The 2021 District Camp is for boys and girls who are born in the years of 2006, 2005, 2004.
How to I qualify? Where do I tryout?
Each state within the district is given an allocation of available spots at the camp. Each state holds a Player Development Camp where players are selected to advance to the district camp. If your primary residence is within, AZ, CO, ID, NM, OK, TX, or UT then you must go through your affiliate to advance to the district camp.
