AHU Families -

We have a record number of teams coming in for the President's Day Invitational this year.  These tournaments are the Club's fundraisers as all proceeds get put back into the club.  We need your help to make them a success!

We have over 350 games to cover at various rinks in the Valley from Friday February 17-February 20, 2023.

Shifts are for LIVE scoring during the game along side the official scorekeeper.  You can volunteer anywhere, including your child's games.

Any middle or high school students looking to get volunteer hours for honor societies and similar groups will have their hours signed off on by the tournament directors at the conclusion of the event.

AHU teams are required to volunteer a minimum of (2) live score shifts per family in exchange for the team entry fee to be paid by the club for President’s Day.  Times listed are the actual game times.  Please plan to arrive 15 minute prior as games could start early.

Volunteering at the tournament is a fun and easy opportunity to be front and center on the tournament action and meet great people!

To sign up for a DIBS shift you need to do the following:

1.  Go to http://www.arizonahockeyunion.com/  and log in at the top.  If you don’t have an account you will need to create one

2.  Next click on DIBS

3.  Next click on 2023 PRESIDENT'S DAY Live Scoring

4.  You can filter by rink or date.  Find the game you want and click on the game

5.  Select Claim this Dib Item and complete the form.  Make sure when you put your name you also include your team name so the correct team will get credit (eg:  Melissa Yubeta – 12U Silver).  This is very important so we can easily reconcile shifts by teams!  We will release any shifts that don't have a team name included.
