On March 30th, 2025, and April 27th, 2025, there will be a 30–45-minute parent meeting at 9:15am to go over the expectations for the skill sessions. This meeting will be for all age groups.

We will be presenting (2) seminars on The Hierarchy of Hockey and the opportunities that players have once they move on from youth hockey to junior, college, or professional hockey. These dates will be determined later.

Each age group will receive 12 hours of quality skill instruction, development, and fun over the course of the 4 weeks.

Tuesday Skill Sessions U8-Midget:

These sessions will emphasize station-based training that builds on the foundational skills of hockey. These stations will build the player’s skill set through proper technique, game knowledge, sportsmanship, and most of all fun.

Thursday Skill Sessions/Scrimmages U8-Midget:

These sessions will be built from Tuesday night sessions but incorporate more flow and full ice skill sessions. These sessions will be putting the skills into motion. Mainly small area games, full ice skill development, and competition-based drills.

Sunday Skills/Scrimmages U8-Midget:

Full ice (60 min) scrimmage for the session. Players will be separated into two teams based on age and skill. Coaches will do their best to match players against equally skilled players.
