We have reserved time on August 1 & 2 for east valley players age 11+ to go to Banner Gateway for the ImPACT baseline concussion testing.  Testing is NOT required by AHU but highly recommended.  DIBS are up on the AHU site for players to sign up for a day/time slot that woks for them.  Time slots for both days are 4:30-6:15, 5:30-7:15 and 6:30-8:15.  We are not doing it by team this year in order to make it more flexible for players schedules they can sign up in any open slot that works for them.  Cost is $25/player.  Once players sign up they will be invoiced for the payment.  Payment must be received before they will be allowed to test.

If players are out of town Aug 1-2 and still want to get tested Banner is rolling out a new, walk-in Wednesday program for baseline testing this summer. They are offering their ImPACT-only basic baseline test on a “walk-in” basis every Wednesday afternoon in June and July (with the exception of July 4). I have attached a flier with all of the information. This may be an option for families who would like to get the testing done early or cannot do the dates we have scheduled.
