Dear friends,

Our hearts go out to Lee Yanke and his family as they face an incredibly difficult time. Lee was recently diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor and is scheduled for surgery at Barrow Neurological Institute on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Radiation and chemotherapy will follow, and Lee will be unable to work throughout his recovery and treatment.

Lee’s son, Matthew, plays for our 16AA Silver Knights team, and as members of the Knights family and the local hockey community, we are coming together to support the Yanke family through this challenging journey. Any help—whether it’s a donation, sharing this post, or keeping them in your thoughts—will make a difference for Lee and his loved ones.
